These are a monthly staple here and they disappear very fast. Sometimes just for a treat I throw in chopped glace cherries. Miss 3 rolled these ones.

Ingredients (serves 10)

  • 125g Butter
  • 1t Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Caster Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 265g SR Flour
  • 135g Choc Drops
  • 70g Sultanas

Method

  1. Beat butter, vanilla and sugars till smooth. Add egg and beat till mixed. Stir in remaining ingredients. Roll heaped teaspoons into balls and place on lined oven tray about 5cm apart. Bake at 180 for 15 minutes or till just browning..
