beautiful on cakes and cupcakes
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 250g Icing sugar (sifted)
- 30g Cocoa Powder
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 60g butter
Method
- Melt the butter in a pan, add the cocoa powder and then cook whilst continuously stirring for 1 minute.
- Stir in the milk and the icing sugar. Beat well until smooth. Once smooth remove from the heat.
- Leave to cool until thickened.
- Decorate your cake/muffins as you desire!
