Quick and easy desert for any occasion

I did add tim tam balls in the middle for something extra

Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 280ml Thickened cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar Sugar
  • Choc ripple Arnotts biscuits 2-3 packets depending how big you want to make it

Method

  1. Whip your cream and sugar until cream is thickened not to stiff
  2. Add cream in between choc ripple biscuits
  3. Add the extra cream on top of the choc ripple biscuits and place in the fridge for around 2 hours or until the choc ripple biscuits become soft You can add grated chocolate to the top once finished peppermint chocolate is the one I use

  • I did something like this decades ago and had forgotten about it. A wonderful dessert. You can also dribble a little Tia Mari over the bikkies before assembling.

  • this is my daughter’s go to birthday cakes for myself and my husband as they can make it so easily and they work together to create it. My MIL does one with Caramel and butternut snap biscuits and it apparently is divine – I am hoping she teaches my girls how to make it for my next birthday cake!
