For Chocolate Lovers


Ingredients (makes 12 slices)

  • 150g Butter
  • 1 Cup Cocoa
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 pkt white chocoalte Bits

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160C. Line a 27cm x 18cm x 3cm tin with baking paper. Melt the butter, then stir in cocoa and allow to cool slightly. Beat in eggs, followed by sugar and vanilla.
  2. Stir in flour and baking powder, followed by white choc bits. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 45 minutes.
  3. Leave in the tin for 20 minutes, then turn out onto a rack. Cut into bars and enjoy!

  • I wonder how long you can store it in an airtight container in the fridge for.
    I would like to make a double batch and freeze some of it.

  • I make a similar recipe to these but no white chocolate chips! Then i sprinkle with icing sugar and quick as a flash GONE LOL

  • YUM chuck a tablespoon of coffee (liquid) in the batter and make mocha brownies and take them out of oven earlier to make them moist
