A smooth and creamy smoothie that’s loaded with protein and deliciousness!

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 Banana (Frozen is best)
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1/2 cup Milk (of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon LSA Meal

Method

  1. In a large blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. Add in more milk to thin the smoothie if necessary.

  • I’ve been making this every morning. It tastes like it’s from the cafe!

  • This recipe sounds nice but I don’t like peanut butter but perhaps in a drink it might taste really good. It is weird because I love peanuts and I love butter but combined together it has never been something I enjoy. Maybe this recipe will be different. It is worth trying once

  • Yummy recipe but would substitute the peanut butter with almond nuts. Not a fan of peanut butter.

  • I love afternoon smoothies. I get the afternoon munchies and a smoothie fills me up and satisfies me till dinner. This sounds delish.
