A quick really quick, gooey, rich chocolate pudding.


Ingredients (makes 6 Puddings)

  • 125g Dark chocolate
  • 125g Butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Caster sugar
  • 1/4 cup Plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

Method

  1. Melt sugar and butter
  2. Combine eggs, sugar, flour and baking powder then chocolate mixture
  3. Pour to half fill ramekins and cook in preheated 180°C oven for around 15 minutes (tops will be cooked)
  4. Dust with cocoa or icing sugar and eat with cream while still hot.
