Simple 3 ingredient Christmas treat!
Ingredients (serves 8)
- 2 foil packets Oreos
- 2 cups marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
Method
- Crush Oreo biscuits in a zip-lock bag or food processor to desired consistency. I roughly crushed mine to give a better coal effect.
- Add butter & marshmallows in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30-40 seconds. Mix well. Add Oreos to marshmallow mix and mix until well combined.
- Grease a slice tin or cookie tray. Pour mixture into tin or put rough "balls" of mix onto cookie tray. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

These make a really simple and cheap Christmas gift for family, friends, teachers etc
