Ingredients (makes 1 Cheese tree)
- 1/2 Wheel cheese
- 1 Red Capsicum - diced
- 1 Celery stalk
- 1 Packet of crackers
Method
- Cut the wheel of cheese in half to make 2 triangles. Arrange to make a tree shape.
- Sprinkle diced capsicum on top. Insert the celery stick into the bottom of the tree.
- You could also use a large rectangle shape piece of soft cheese to make the trunk
