For something a little different why not make some beautiful Christmas wreaths this year!

Ingredients

  • Vanilla biscuit dough - see posted recipe vanilla heart Santa OR
  • Gingerbread dough - see posted recipe Christmas gingerbread
  • White icing
  • Mint leaf lolly
  • Red M&M's or smarties

Method

  1. Roll out dough on a floured surface. Cut the dough with a large circle cutter. Use a smaller circle cutter to cut out the centre of the circle, forming rings. Cook biscuit dough as required. When cooled decorate.
  2. DECORATE: Cut the mint leaves in half through the centre to make thinner leaves. Coat the rings in the white icing. Place the cut side of the leaves at the top if the wreath resembling holly leaves. Dab icing on the M&Ms and arrange near the top of the leaves to represent holly berries.
