This is a very sweet delicious dessert gnocchi.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 packet gnocchi
  • 50g butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Cook gnocchi as per instructions and drain.
  2. In the mean time melt butter and add all the other ingredients and mix well to dissolve the sugar over low/medium heat.
  3. When all mixed and dissolved add the drained gnocchi and serve, putting the cinnamon stick on top like in the photo!
