something a bit different for breakfast or afternoon tea.

Ingredients

  • 1 Piece of bread
  • 3/4 Banana
  • Pinch Cinnimon sugar. or brown sugar.

Method

  1. Get a slice of bread and butter it, if you desire.
  2. Cut up enough banana to cover your bread. you can leave it in pieces or mash and spread.
  3. Sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon sugar over the bread. if you don't like cinnamon you can use a little bit of brown sugar.

    • Banana and cinnamon continues to be a combination that I love to eat. Banana when combined with cinnamon is so good and delicious to eat on bread, in pancakes, in waffles, in cakes, in smoothies and in a variety of other recipes. Banana and cinnamon always please the taste buds.
