Ingredients

1 can condensed milk
500 grams cookies and cream chocolate
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp vanilla bean paste
Handful marshmallows

Method

Place all ingredients besides marshmallows into a microwave safe bowl.
Heat for 6 minutes in 1 minute bursts untill melted, thick and glossy. Stir through marshmallows.
Pour into a lined tin and refrigerate until set. Cut with a warm sharp knife and enjoy.

Notes

Mix it up make your favourite flavour. Top with anything ie popping candy, crushed candy canes.

How convenient that I have all of these ingredients in my pantry now!
Will need to make this during the week for myself and the kids to enjoy as hubby is on a diet.
I wonder if he will crack when he sees them… lol
