Quick and Easy dessert
Ingredients (serves 6)
- 2 cups Rice
- 1 Tin Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Teasppoon Vanilla
- 1 Cup Sugar
Method
- Cook rice and then drain off liquid
- Add condensed milk, vanilla and sugar and combine well
- Can add more vanilla and sugar to taste and stewed apples and cinnamon if desired
