Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon butter
Method
- Peel the potatoes and cut the onion put them into a large saucepan and boil both until soft.
- Once soft remove from heat drain and then add butter and sour cream.
- Serve with lamb or beef
Notes
Creamy onion potato's can be served with any meal.
