2 Ingredients

Odd combination for ice cream but it works.

Ingredients (serves 4 | makes 4 small servings)

One scoop Crunchy peanut butter
Four scoops Vanilla ice cream

Method

Allow the Ice Cream to stand to soften a little.
Scoop Ice Cream into a bowl.
Add the Peanut Butter and swirl through before serving.

Notes

When I was in USA I enjoyed peanut butter swirl ice cream, so when I returned back to Australia I mixed my own. I have never had anyone say they did not like it once they tried it.

just so amazing. i tried this for my son who doesn’t eat peanut butter. wellllll…my son didn’t even realize he was eating peanut butter – yay yay!

I often make banana coconut ice-cream with vanilla and peanut butter , kids LOVE it !

Wow! I put peanut butter in almost everything, but I never thought to only add that with the vanilla ice cream! I’ve tried it with so many others, but never thought to use the old faithful! Thanks heaps for sharing! Off to buy vanilla! 😀

What a brilliant idea! So simple and yet so delicious. So much cheaper than buying specially made peanut butter ice cream, and you have the option of using whatever type of peanut butter you desire! Thanks for sharing!
