Serve warm with a nice dip


Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 4 Slices White bread, crusts removed
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Curry paste

Method

  1. Place bread on a baking tray.
  2. Blend the butter and curry paste, and spread over the bread.
  3. Bake for ten minutes, then slice into fingers

  • What a clever idea – would be great on a dip platter!
