Delicious and so easy !

Ingredients (makes 16 muffin sized quiches)

3/4 cup pkt pastry mix
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup bacon or ham , chopped
3/4 cup cream
3/4 cup grated tasty cheese
1 small-med onion, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preheat oven to 180 deg. Grease a 12 hole muffin tin
Mix together all ingredients well Pour in to muffin tin( reasonably full )
Bake until golden brown and set (approx 25 minutes)

Notes

This is so quick and easy but so delicious Great for school lunches or party food I have added chopped capsicum, parsley or grated carrot on other occasions.

Wow! My Mum used to use pastry Mix all the time. I’d forgotten it existed.

Awesome……I dont have pastry mix on hand which is a bummer as i would have loved to wip these up for lunch.
