Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1kg Chicken Thighs
- 1 Onion - Sliced
- 1pkt French Onion Soup Mix
- 800ml Can Apricot Puree
- 1 Can Sliced Apricots
Method
- Saute Onion until transparent in colour.
- Cut up chicken into bite size piece and add to post. Stir until chicken totally sealed.
- Add French Onion Soup Mix and stir until chicken coated. Pour in Apricot puree and Apricot Halves. Simmer for 1hr Serve with Rice
