Quick, simple recipe for dinner
Ingredients (serves 5 | makes 1 family sized pie)
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 250g Frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 fillets chicken diced
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 cup Milk
Method
- Pre heat oven 200c
- Cook chicken in a pan until golden brown. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Once chicken is cooked add it to the mixture. Optional-Add a tablespoon or two of cornflour to mixture if you want a thicker gravy like consistency.
- Pour into an 8x8 tin or pie dish. Cook at 200c for 45 minutes or until pastry is golden
