This looks like such a perfect activity to do with the kids, even if you made the meringues yourself- you would then be able to get a bit more creative with shapes. I know my kids would love doing some decorations if I found some things to use other than berries.

I use to live making meringues as a kid. This looks like a great cheats version to save time.

We had these for my daughters 21st. Have to say the lollies and chocolates were preferred toppings over fruit
