Ingredients
- 250gm Butter
- 1 small egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups SR flour
Method
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Cream first 3 ingredients until fluffy and pale.
- Add in flour and mix well until no visible flour seen.
- Roll dough into log shape and bake for 15 minutes. Dough will spread out and become a loaf.
