The name might sound gross but they are like buttery treats ! So good for the taste buds 😛

Ingredients (serves 10)

  • 1/4 cup Butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Wholemeal flour
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Pecans
  • pinch Salt

Method

  1. Mix together butter, brown sugar, vanilla and milk. 2. Mix in flour and salt 3. Mix in chocolate chips 4. Eat with a spoon or serve with apple slices, chocolate bars, vanilla ice cream or graham crackers
  2. Mix in flour and salt. Then add in Pecans and raisins.
  3. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes or they are good to be eaten right away. You can bake them for 15 minutes under 175C if you want proper cookies :)

Notes

My husband loves to lick the batter when I am making cookies but due to presence of raw egg I never allow him to. Now he can eat the whole dough :P
