A fantastic version of white Christmas that will have kids and adults coming back for more.


Ingredients (makes 36 Squares)

  • 1 1/2 cups Mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups Rice bubbles
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Macadamia nuts (chopped)
  • 1 packet Snakes (lollies) chopped
  • 1 packet White chocolate Melts

Method

  1. Line a lamington tin with baking paper.
  2. Measure all ingredients into bowl except white chocolate.
  3. Melt white chocolate.
  4. Pour white chocolate into the dry ingredients, mix well. Pour into lined tin.
  5. Cover with glad wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut with large sharp knife.
