I love banana splits but my hips not so much!
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 2 Ripe bananas
- 100g Vanilla yogurt
- 2 tbls Crunchy Peanut butter
- 30g Crushed walnuts
- 10g Shredded coconut
Method
- Peel bananas and slice down the middle,
- Top Bananas with peanut butter, yogurt, walnuts and coconut
Notes
This is quite filling!
