Good meal replacement for breakfast with a crunch.


Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 250 mls Coconut Milk
  • Fruit Selection & topping of choice

Method

  1. Combine coconut milk and chia in container. Put in fridge for 15 minutes to set.
  2. Once set, put all fruit and anything you fancy on top of the chia pudding.
  3. Enjoy.

  • I’m not a big fan of Chia seeds but they are good for people on gluten free diets. I have tasted somebody else made. However I don’t know what milk was used.
