Simple meal for breakfast. Serve with bread.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tomato, diced
- 1 tbs Fresh milk
- 1 tbs Butter
- 1 tbs Parmesan, grated
- 1 stalk Coriander, chopped
- 2 thin Sliced Ham
- Salt and pepper for taste
Method
- Lightly beat eggs, tomato, milk, parmesan, coriander, salt and pepper until mix well.
- Heat up butter in frying pan, pour eggs mixture and cook with medium heat. Add ham in the middle and then turn over other side, cook for about 30 seconds.
