You can still have burgers without buns!
Ingredients (serves 1 | makes 1 )
- 3 slices Wholegrain toast
- 1 slice Beef pattie
- 10g Cottage cheese
- Handful Mixed greens
- 1 teaspoon Peri Peri Mayo
- 1 teaspoon Sweet chili sauce
Method
- Grill beef pattie until well done. Toast the bread while the pattie is grilling.
- Assemble greens and cheese on one toast; then mayo, sweet chili and pattie on another toast.
- Stack up and enjoy!
