A quick and easy healthy smoothie.
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 2 bananas
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp oats
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 10 ice cubes
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender, pulse until smooth and serve in a chilled glass.
