A quick and easy healthy smoothie.


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp oats
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 10 ice cubes

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, pulse until smooth and serve in a chilled glass.

  • I love any smoothie that has banana in it. Maple syrup is a good idea instead of honey.

  • Maple Syrup is very sweet. I’m trying to work out what the sweetness is counteracting ? Is it the Chia seeds?
