Lovely creamy consistency.
Ingredients (makes 2.5 cups)
- 2 egg
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- an amount sea salt and ground white pepper
Method
- Mix the eggs, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper in a blender until well combined.
- With the motor running pour the oil in slowly and process until the mixture is thick and creamy.
