Best with toast or just by itself!

Ingredients (serves 10)

  • 500gm Roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup Organic coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup

Method

  1. Blend peanuts in a food processor and slowly add in oil and syrup. This should take about 15 minutes before it becomes really creamy. I like them chunky so I only blended for 5 minutes.

Notes

This spread is so good that you can eat it by itself! Highly recommend to store in fridge so it becomes hard and you can it them off the spoon like a peanut butter ball !
