A super fast, egg and dairy free soft serve style ‘ice cream’
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 large very ripe frozen bananas
- 1 level tablespoon of cocoa
Method
- Place bananas and cocoa in a food processor. Process at high speed until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape the sides a few times.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
In summer the banana will cream pretty fast but when it's cold you may need to add a small dash of milk or maple syrup or another liquid to give it a hand.
