This Instant choc banana ice cream looks super tasty! I had forgotten about desserts like this. Years ago I was vegan and we’d call this “Banana Nice-Cream” and you could get it at vegan juice bars with a vegan choc icing which was just a mixture of cocoa, coconut oil and maple syrup,

oh boy this sounds so indulgent, but so super good for me!

Check that the cocoa/chocolate powder doesn’t contain gluten or have a “may contain traces of gluten, wheat, barley etc” and you also have yummy icecream.
Gluten Free and Lactose Free Icecream suitable for those who have Coelic Disease (an Autoimmune disease which if left untreated can eventually cause bowel cancer) and are/ aren’t also Lactose Intolerant. Believe me they will thank you for it. Some people are Lactose Intolerant and have no other dietary restrictions

DEFINITE winner in my household. My kids love, love, love frozen banana. As an alternative, I also pop an ice cream stick in the bottom and dip in melted choc for a bit of a treat and then freeze!
