You can use any flavour combination to make these delicious jelly and mousse cups. It is an easy dessert that is great for warm nights, very light and refreshing.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 Box Jelly Mix
  • 1 Sachet Instant Mousse
  • 1 Flake

Method

  1. Prepare jelly according to packet and then spread across four glasses/bowls and set in fridge.
  2. Once the jelly is set, prepare the instant mousse according to the packet and pour on top of the jelly and place in fridge to set for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Once the mousse has set sprinkle crushed flake on top and serve.

Notes

Make the jelly the night before and have it set overnight, makes it even easier to prepare just before serving as the mousse only needs 10 minutes to set. I use stemless wine glasses as they look nice but any sort of bowl/glass will do!
