Great way to start the morning! Healthy and delicious!
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 2 Whole kale leaves
- 1/4 Pineapple diced
- 1 cup Natural yogurt
- 6 Ice cubes
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 2 Whole kiwi fruit (peeled)
Method
- In a blender blitz your pineapple, kiwi and kale.
- Gradually add yogurt, and coconut oil.
- Throw in ice cubes just before you finish.
