Great way to start the morning! Healthy and delicious!


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 2 Whole kale leaves
  • 1/4 Pineapple diced
  • 1 cup Natural yogurt
  • 6 Ice cubes
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • 2 Whole kiwi fruit (peeled)

Method

  1. In a blender blitz your pineapple, kiwi and kale.
  2. Gradually add yogurt, and coconut oil.
  3. Throw in ice cubes just before you finish.

  • My son deletes the yoghurt and coconut oil and adds cucumber and banana …green juices really put you in the pink. lol. Delicious.

  • I love pineapple in a smoothie. The addition of coconut oil would keep me full for longer so this is a great combo.

  • Coconut oil. That is a different addition. Packed with vitamins, minerals fat and sugar. Yum.
