Fun rocky road with a Chang’s crunch!

Ingredients (serves 20)

  • 500g milk chocolate
  • 1 cup marshmallows, cut into pieces
  • 2/3 cup leftover firm red jelly or raspberry jelly lollies, cut into pieces
  • 1 packet Chang’s Original Fried Noodles

Method

  1. Begin by breaking the chocolate into pieces, placing into two rectangular plastic takeaway containers.
  2. Place the takeaway containers into the microwave, heating the chocolate for two minutes or until just melted.
  3. Stir through the marshmallows, jelly or lollies and Chang’s Fried Noodles and place in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
  4. Once set, cut the Rocky Road into pieces about 2cm square.

  • Love making rocky road but for some reason it doesn’t seem to last very long ????

  • Clever way of using Chang’s Fried Rice Noodles – pity my kids are past this, I’d like to have a piece, but your recipe would be wasted on me.

  • Sounds yummy. Haven’t done the noodle part before but I usually cut up python snake lollies & add cashews instead of peanuts
