Brilliant prawn cocktail sauce recipe.

Ingredients (serves 8)

1/2 cup good mayonnaise
1/2 cup cup lite cream
4 tablespoons lemon juice
6 tablespoons tomato paste
10 generous shakes hot sauce
4 teaspoons horserashish cream (big secret)
6 cloves garlic chopped

Method

Mix altogether

So the horseradish is like wasabi right would try this without the tomato and maybe full cream thankyou love prawns!
