Great for kids parties!
Ingredients (serves 8)
- 1 packet Aeroplane jelly
- 220 mls hot water
- 200 mls cold water
- 1 Lego man mould
Method
- Prepare jelly as on packet, I use 30ml less of hot water, stir until all crystals are gone, add cold water and put in fridge to set.
- Once jelly has set, to get the jelly out of the mould I put hot water into the sink and put the mould in and allow to float in water, I check about every 30 seconds to check it was releasing from the mould.
- Take out of the water, place the plate (you wish to serve it on) on top of the mould, then flip over. Give the mould a few little taps, jelly will come out easily :)
Notes
I used a 25cm Lego man mould. But you can use any sort of mould you like, the bigger it is you will need more jelly packets.
