This lentil soup recipe is quick and easy to make!


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 1/2 cups Red lentils
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 cups Water

Method

  1. Wash lentils thoroughly.
  2. Put on stove with water.
  3. Grate onion and add to pot.
  4. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Notes

You can add veggies such as peas and corn

  • I would also add some cubed potatoes for a bit of bulk.
