Lime and Cranberry Twist

Friends always love this when they come over

Ingredients (serves 8)

1lt cranberry juice, chilled
3 x 275ml bottles lemon, lime and bitters soft drink, chilled
2 limes, diced
10 sugar cubes
2 x 750ml bottles sparkling white wine, chilled
Ice cubes and mint to garnish (optional )

Method

Combine cranberry juice, soft drink and limes in a large jug.
Place 1 sugar cube into each chilled champagne glass. Pour in 100ml sparkling white wine. Add a few ice blocks
Top with cranberry and lime mixture. Serve immediately

When I first saw the photo I though what a nice healthy and refreshing drink then saw it had alcohol in it, now it’s still a nice healthy refreshing drink for the grown ups ♥ thanks for this recipe.
