Ingredients (makes 1 serve per person)
- Gummy Shark - fresh if you can get it
- corn flour to dust the fish in
- vegetable oil to fry the fish
- Tatziki Dip:
- 1 cup Greek Yoghurt
- 1 small lebanese cucumber, diced finely, seeds removed
- Sprig of mint and oregano, chop finely
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
Method
- Dust the Flake in the cornflour, heat oil and cook on medium heat until fish turns white. Do not overcook, as the heat will continue to cook the shark
- Mix all Tatziki Dip ingredients and serve with flake
Notes
I am a grazer, so for me this is a perfect dish for lunch. Followed by a piece of fruit. Locally caught Shark, and herbs and cucumber from my garden add to the joy of eating fresh food
