Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 4 Green jubes
  • 3 Green jelly beans
  • 4 Black currant lollies
  • 3 Red jube
  • 2 White/yellow jubes
  • 1 Red licorice
  • 3 Red jelly beans
  • 1 Black licorice
  • Black food colouring

Method

  1. Green elf: Body: Thread two green Jubes onto a lolly/cake pop stick. Add a slice of red licorice followed by the white/yellow jube. Cut a green jube in half and add to the head.
  2. Legs: On a toothpick, add a green jellybean and black currant lolly. Repeat this step again. Carefully insert the toothpicks into the bottom of the green Jubes. Cut toothpick if required.
  3. Arms: Cut a green jelly bean and a red jube in half. Thread the jelly bean onto a toothpick followed by the jube. Repeat this step. Carefully insert the toothpicks into the sides of the top green jube. Cut toothpick if required.
  4. Red Elf: Body: Thread two red Jubes onto a lolly/cake pop stick. Add a slice of black licorice followed by the white/yellow jube. Cut a red jube and add half to the head.
  5. Legs: On a toothpick, add a red jellybean and black currant lolly. Repeat this step again. Carefully insert the toothpicks into the bottom of the red Jubes. Cut toothpick if required.
  6. Arms: Cut a red jelly bean and a green jube in half. Thread the jelly bean onto a toothpick followed by the jube. Repeat this step. Carefully insert the toothpicks into the sides of the top red jube. Cut toothpick if required.
  7. Faces: dip a toothpick into black food colouring and add eyes, nose and mouth.
