Want to try a new version of pesto! Macadamia!


Ingredients (serves 50)

  • 400gm Sundried tomato infused in basil oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 150gm Macadamia nuts
  • 150gm shreded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Chili flakes
  • 2 teaspoons Capers

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor on low speed until they are well combined. Leave them slightly chunky for best taste!

Notes

Pesto taste a lot better with macadamia nuts than pine nuts due to the chunkiness and aroma. must try!
