Zesty and tangy flavours
Ingredients
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tbls chopped coriander
- 1/2 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 zest and juice of lime
- 1 tbls thai fish sauce
Method
- Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix well and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes for flavours to develop.
Notes
I think this is fabulous served with fish. Red onion is also nice to replace spring onion and give more colour.
