This Mexican Dip is a quick and easy dip everyone will enjoy.


Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 250g Cream Cheese
  • 425g Stagg Chilli
  • 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar

Method

  1. Mix the cream cheese and chilli together.
  2. Top with cheddar cheese and warm in the oven or microwave for a few minutes.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips and guacamole.

Notes

Great for serving the masses quickly, this dip is great for weekend sport.
