quick little side dish for any meal


Ingredients

  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen baby green peas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs

Method

  1. boil potatoes, drain, mash with butter.
  2. layer into a small/medium casserole dish potato, peas, cheese, breadcrumbs.
  3. bake 200* until cheese has melted and golden tips have formed on top.

Notes

this also makes a great baby meal.
