Quick and easy slice for morning tea.
Ingredients (serves 15 | makes 15 pieces)
- 1/2 cup SF Flour
- 1/2 cup Plain Flour
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 2/3 Cup Coconut
- 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Milo
- 1 Egg, whisked
- 125 Gram Butter, Melted
Method
- Combine all dry ingredients.
- Mix in butter, egg. Stir well
- Press mixture into lined slice pan and bake at 180 degrees approx 20 mins.
