Great for after school snack, I make a set and put in lots of 4 in a freezer bag and take out of freezer. Fills him up straight away.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 500g Chicken Mince
- 2 teaspoons Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Chives
- 1 Carrot
- 1/2 cup Grated paramesan
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
Method
- Preheat oven 180 degrees
- Grate carrot
- In bowl mix, chicken mince, Veggie Boost, Breadcrumbs, Chives, Grated Carrot, Grated paramensen
- Grease baking tray
- Roll into balls, and brush tomato taste on top and add extra cheese on top too if you like
- Bake for 15 minutes
