A great way to start the day!
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Celery stalk
- 1-2 Oranges
Method
- Prepare fruit and vegetables as appropriate for your juicer/blender. Remove peel from the orange if you don't like the bitter taste.
- Juice fruit and veg and enjoy.
Notes
I sometimes add a touch of ginger to this to give it some zing. Apple is also nice used in place of the orange.
