This ‘no nuts’ trail mix is perfect for the kids lunchboxes.
Ingredients (makes 1 Jar)
- 1/4 cup Dried apricots
- 1/4 cup Pepitas
- 2-3 Tbsp Sultanas
- 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup Banana chips
- 2-3 Tbsp Sesame seeds
- 2-3 Tbsp Choc chip bits
Method
- Combine all ingredients and add into a jar.
- Pour into a serving size container for school lunch snacks.
- Great for kids to sprinkle on top of yoghurt as well!
Notes
You can add any dry fruit your child likes, a variety of seeds and cereal. All measurements are approximate as I usually just throw in whatever I have on hand.
