Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 Banana
- 4 Strawberries
- 200 mls Low fat milk
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Almond meal
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender and mix well, add ice for a chilled smoothie.
