Ingredients (serves 4 | makes 8-10 )

  • 2 bananas
  • 100 g honey
  • 125 g rolled oats
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Method

  1. Mash banana and add honey.
  2. Mix with oats and cinammon.
  3. Place in tray cupcake tray and press down. Place in oven 180 C for 10-12 min. Serve with yogurt, fruit, chia pudding ... anything you like.
