Ingredients (serves 4 | makes 8-10 )
- 2 bananas
- 100 g honey
- 125 g rolled oats
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
Method
- Mash banana and add honey.
- Mix with oats and cinammon.
- Place in tray cupcake tray and press down. Place in oven 180 C for 10-12 min. Serve with yogurt, fruit, chia pudding ... anything you like.
